Rights
Statement pertaining to each design: This design is the intellectual property
of Crispincraft Trading Company and is for the sole use of the original customer. It is
not to be copied for the purpose of selling or sharing. One copy may be made to serve as
back-up or archival copy. You may sell, trade, or give away the embroidered goods which
have the designs sewn on them.
Disclaimer: It is highly recommended that the customer or
embroiderer test the design on a swatch of fabric comparable to that on which the final
design will be sewn. Do not test it on felt but only on woven fabrics. Crispincraft
Trading Company will not be liable for any damages to garments or items on which the
design is sewn, nor to any loss of profits, nor any problems resulting from re-sizing of
the design. |

Our
Refund Policy:
We stand behind the
products we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with one of our items you are
entitled to a replacement, refund, or a credit within 30 days of receipt of your
product. No refund on personalized items. The item must be returned in
the condition in which it was received. You must request a Return Authorization
number (RA#). Upon receipt of the RA#, repack the items, enclose a copy of the original
invoice, and return the package within 5 days via mail, UPS, RPS, Federal Express, or any
other courier that issues a tracking number. You will pay return shipping fees.
