Our Refund Policy:
We stand behind the products
we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with one of our items you are entitled
to a replacement, refund, or a credit within 30 days of receipt of your product.
No refund on personalized items. The item must be returned in the
condition in which it was received. You must request a Return Authorization number
(RA#). Upon receipt of the RA#, repack the items, enclose a copy of the original invoice,
and return the package within 5 days via mail, UPS, RPS, Federal Express, or any other
courier that issues a tracking number. You will pay return shipping fees.
The price of the
embroidery design is based on the originality and intricacy of the design and skill level
required for digitizing.

You may sew the design then sell, trade, or give away the embroidered goods on
which the design has been sewn.
The design will be delivered as an email attachment along with a
receipt, acceptable use policy and design file information
