We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you
are not happy with one of our items you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or a credit
within 30 days of receipt of your product. No refund on personalized
items. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
You must request a Return Authorization number (RA#). Upon receipt of the RA#, repack the
items, enclose a copy of the original invoice, and return the package within 5 days via
mail, UPS, RPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. You
will pay return shipping fees.
